What exactly is “Audience Response”?

In its basic form Audience Response is simply collecting data from a group of people. We do that by using wireless keypads and a special polling software. This allows us to capture group opinion instantly. Remember those game shows that would go to the audience for their vote? Yeah. That’s Audience Response technology.

The cool thing about Audience Response is that your imagination is essentially the limit on what can be done. If you want unfiltered input on strategic issues, we can do that. Would you like to collect sensitive data from customers? No problem. How about making a presentation more interactive? We can do that as well. We can even play a trivia game to measure the effectiveness of a training program.

In fact we’ve done all those and more! Audience Response is a way to collect information from a live audience. But it’s also a way to keep them engaged, learn something about your customers, or as a way to have some fun.
