NorthStar ARS has been collecting data from audiences, businesses and customers since 1992. In that time we’ve seen a lot of technology come and go. But one thing that doesn’t change is knowing how to accurately collect data.

NorthStar doesn’t send a computer operator and some keypads, we send a consultant with years of experience and education. Our educational background allows us to understand how to design questions that generate useful and valid data.

So what, you might ask, have we done?

We’ve worked with just about every sized company imaginable. From Fortune 50 companies to small businesses. We’ve done management meetings, executive leadership councils, training programs, and even some church events. We’ve collected data at meetings with just a few people and we’ve collected data at meetings with a few thousand people. We’ve worked on shows in Las Vegas with professional stage directors coordinating dozens of people, to meetings in Portland, Maine consisting of only a laptop and projector.
